FREE OF CHARGE FOR WEBSITE/PLATFORM USERS.
Our services to the users of our website, unless indicated otherwise, is free of charge to users. We will not charge you for our service or add on any additional rental fees to the rate of the storage facilities. You will pay the storage facilities, the amount as indicated for your rental plus any relevant applicable taxes, levies, and fees (if applicable).
Storage Rental Facilities pay a commission (being a small percentage of the storage fee price to Storage Rentals USA after the end user has consummated the service with the storage rental facility. Storage Rentals USA LLC will only make available on our platform rental facilities which have a commercial relationship with us, through an agreement.
CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, OR BANK TRANSFER
Storage Rental Facilities may offer the opportunity for storage rentals to be paid wholly or partly (as required under the payment policy of the Storage Rental Facility) to the Storage Rental Facility during your rental process by means of secure online payment. Storage Rentals USA LLC for certain products and services may facilitate the payment through third party payment processors for and on behalf of the Storage Rental Facility. Storage Rentals USA LLC never acts as the merchant of record. The payment is safely processed from your credit/debit card or bank account to the bank account of the Storage Rental Facility. Any payment facilitated by us for and on behalf of the Storage Rental Facility and transferred to the Storage Rental Facility will in each case constitute a payment of your storage rental price as set forth by the Storage Rental Facility and you cannot reclaim such paid monies. You will not hold Storage Rentals USA LLC liable or responsible for any authorized, allegedly unauthorized, or wrong charge by the Storage Rental Facility and not reclaim any amount for any valid or authorized charge by the Storage Rental Facility including pre-paid rates, no-show, and chargeable cancellation of your credit card, debit card, or bank account. In the event of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card, debit card by third parties, most banks and credit card companies bear the risk and cover all charges resulting from such fraud or misuse.
CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, PRE-PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS
Storage Rentals USA LLC is a platform that allows you to find storage rental accommodations nationwide. We are not responsible for refunds of any monies paid to the Storage Rental Facilities on our platform for rentals. When booking with the storage rental facilities on our platform, each storage rental facility set their own rules regarding cancellation and refunds. By making a rental with a facility listed on our platform, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that storage rental facility that may apply to your storage rental (including the fine print of the Storage Rental Facility made available on our platform and the relevant rules of the Storage Rental Facility). We recommend that before booking with a storage rental facility that that you read the cancellation, pre-payment, and no-show policy of the Storage Rental Facility carefully prior to making your rental and remember to make further payments on time as may be applicable for the relevant rental. The relevant terms and conditions of a Storage Facility Provider can be obtained with the relevant Storage Rental Provider. If you want to review, adjust, or cancel your storage facility reservation, revert to the confirmation email, and follow the instructions therein. Note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the storage facility provider cancellation, pre-payment, and no-show policy, or not being entitled to any repayment of any pre-paid amount. If you have a late or delayed arrival on check-in at the storage facility date or arrive the next day, make sure to timely and promptly communicate directly with the storage facility so that they know when to expect you to avoid cancellation of your storage rental or charge you a no-show fee. Storage Rental USA LLC does not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of your delayed arrival, cancellation, or no-show fee charge by storage facility. Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit or debit cards, or insufficient funds are for your own risk and account, and you will not be entitled to any refund of a non-refundable prepaid amount unless the Storage Rental Facility agrees or allows otherwise under its pre-payment and cancellation policy.
